John Wayne’s Hideaway: Cedar Board And Bat Siding
John Wayne’s Hideaway is a new western style that Dave is offering with a bedroom on the ground floor. The cabin is heading off to the desert of Nevada today. The cabin is 14′ wide by 28′ in length and four hundred square feet. Four hundred square feet is the largest cabin that Dave can build to stay in the park model requirement. There is not a loft, but one can be added. The rustic siding is one inch thick cedar board and bat planks, and is an upgrade choice. The size and floor plan can be adjusted. Start Here for more details regarding size options.
Enter into the bathroom with double barn doors. The shower has cedar walls. Cedar loves moisture.
Every cabin Dave builds is custom built and you get to design right along with Dave and share your design ideas, floor plans and dreams. The customer of John Wayne’s Hideaway requested a lot of beautiful upgrades including the cedar board and bat siding, blue pine flooring throughout the cabin, a cedar wall shower, double barn door, built in pantry and I love the wood sink in the bathroom. The utility shed houses the hot water tank discretely in the back of the cabin. I will feature the upgrades with photos, the standard base specs will be directly underneath.
