Barter For Parking And Maybe Even Get Paid

Where to park your tiny home is often a challenge because of all the different laws and codes with each city. One really great idea is to barter for your spot. Do you have a gypsy spirit and love to travel with the urge to go where the weather suits your clothes? You might want to try work camping. Work camping will not only provide you a place to live with full hook ups and utilities, but often have paying positions and allow you to take your beloved dog and children and couples are often greatly needed.

Workers On Wheels

Workers On Wheels is one of my favorite websites for work camping. They offer free ads for people who have a tiny home or RV that are seeking a position and you can also put your own ad free, expressing your need for parking, whether it be a long term caretaker or seasonal. Alot of people spend half the year in one part of the country and the other half in a whole new environment.

Dogs welcomed!

This is an example of some of the opportunities. Four Paws Kingdom Campground is looking for couples that have dogs, big or small in North Carolina starting in March 2016 to Nov. 2016 .  My kind of place.

Click HERE to hear the audio opportunity. The posting is on Workers On Wheels under Help Wanted in November. Paradise for adults and dogs.

If you have skills that can be bartered, why not offer your services. There is a great need for help on farms and land and usually you can have your own life and an outside work, so the bartering can be around your schedule. Craigslist is a great place to find a position.
