The Lake view cabin is 400 square feet and it is 12′ x 33′ starting at $58,000 The featured cabin has lofts and decks which can be added as an upgrade price. Four hundred square feet is the largest Dave can build to stay in the foot print requirement for park models.

I really like the looks of the Lake House Deluxe. Do you have plans you could put on the site? Also, would you use the spray foam insulation if buyer requested and paid up grade fee?
