Lemon Cove Village is a brand new tiny house community opening Jan 1st, 2015. Lemon Cove is a small town of 350 people. It has an incredible location and is located mid-way betwwen Los Angeles and San Francisco and is only 20 minutes from Sequoia National Park. It is 19 miles east of Visalia.
Manager Needed
At this time, they are seeking someone that has their own tiny house, that will receive their on parking spot and a weekly stipend. You must be know the tiny house industry, be very trustworthy and have a side income. I am sure there are more requirements, but this is what Dirk, the owner told me. Dog Friendly !!!!
The Lemon Cove Village is super dog friendly as long as the dog is friendly and they will be considered case by case. They will be have to be on leashes around the community, but they are creating a designated dog park area where they can run free.
