Tiny Home Rental In Marlin, Wa.
I will have a tiny home rental available May 1st. It is an adorable yellow cottage in my tiny home community on 2 acres. The community is informal with no forced gatherings. Every one has their designated private area and common areas.
Far From The Maddening Crowds
Marlin is a tiny town of 50 in central, Wa. It is 40 minutes from Moses Lake, 4 hours from Seattle, 2 hours from Spokane and 20 minutes from Odessa where there is a hospital. There are great manufacturing jobs in Moses Lake with an abundance of jobs in health care.

A dog is possible. case by case but because of insurance they can have no bite history, be non aggressive, non destructive, not a cat killer and not a barker that goes on for hours when you are gone. We LOVE dogs here and it is set up beautifully for them!
Possible Opportunity
I would love to find a really handy person that can help me when emergencies arise and especially in the spring and summer for mowing, weeding, irrigation, etc…………. I will not do a straight barter with someone because of my past experience with people. I would rather have someone pay the rent and then get paid for their time, not all will qualify for this and I will be very picky with whom I choose. Contact me for more details.
