Nature’s Head Compost Toilet

We have recently made the switch from the Air Head Compost toilet to Nature’s Head as our preferred compost toilet. I would still recommend Air Head, though we can get Nature’s Head quicker, because our distributor is in Coeur  D’ Lane and the price is better, which we can pass on to our customers. I personally just bought one for my RV that is for my caretaker on my property. And yes, I know what you are thinking, an RV??? After two tiny homes, that is what I could afford to do and my caretaker needed housing. The transition to Nature’s Head is very simple, because side by side with the Air Head, the quality is the same and is very similar.

Perfect For A Tiny Home

Nature’s Head is the perfect size for a tiny home and comes in one household size and is the preferred choice for tiny home builders. If managed correctly, there is never a smell and is easy to use. At first in the RV, we used a bucket brand and it was messy and smelled bad because there was not a fan. The other down side of the bucket was the urine and solids all went into the same place which added to the smell.

Easy Installation

The Nature’s Head is easy to install; the unit attaches to the floor with two small l brackets. There is one ventilation hose to run outside and one 12volt power hook-up for a small computer type fan. The unit could even be run completely powerless by running the vent hose to a solar vent.
