Poseidon model Tiny House, 32 feet: This includes the F-Wave roofing system, an out-swing door, and smart siding exterior, with choice of paint. Interior will include luxury vinyl flooring, smart siding ceiling and ship lap walls, with choice of paint. Full kitchen will include an 18″ drop in sink, 2 burner cook top, microwave, 9.8 cu ft fridge, and choice of butcher block counter tops. Full bath includes a 3×3 shower, full flush toilet, and vanity with sink. Bedroom includes a full enclosure with pocket door, vaulted ceiling and 2 wardrobes. Loft area includes full drawer steps with platform, and a queen size loft space.
HVAC includes a 12K mini split unit, and a 30 gallon hot water heater.
Certifications: Dual ceritifcation PWA (Pacific West Associates) has inspected and certified this Tiny House as a Recreational Vehicle (RV). This house has also been inspected and certified as meeting ANSI A119.5
Additional certification: This cost will attain the NOAH certification.
Back door: Additional door added in back office/bedroom.
Stone counter top ($1050) and Tile backsplash ($700) will be added.
Tank-less hot water heater: This cost will install a bin for 2 propane tanks on the front of the house along with an exterior mount tank-less hot water heater.
Stacked 24 inch Washer and Dryer units. Vented to exterior.
Fotile sink/dishwasher combo unit.
Mini blinds in front door.
Skylight(s): Add 2×2 skylights ($1050/each) NOTE: 3 total.

Incinerator Toilet:
Cinderella brand Incinerator toilet installed with vent out the ceiling. REMOVED, REPLACED WITH STANDARD FLUSH.

Extend loft 2 feet further towards bedroom.
Ceiling of interior will be Pine tongue and groove rather than our standard material.
5′ bathtub, tile walls, 3′ closet will be eliminated.
Lunos E2 air ventilation unit.
Shirt closet and drawer at the front of the loft area. Shirt closet in the middle drawer on the side. Shirt closet will extend close to ceiling.
Coaxial and HDMI cables in living area.
Smartlock Door Bell install (customer sends unit we will install at no charge).
